We are working as hard as we can to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable during the conference. Please view our COVID-19 promise to you HERE.

We are monitoring developments closely and while we do have approval and a permit from the Flathead County Health Department, as we get closer to the event if we feel it’s in the best interest of our community, we will reschedule for next year. If we decide to reschedule, you will receive a refund for your conference pass, less processing fees of approx 3%.

By purchasing your ticket, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.

All sponsorship sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason and the sponsorship cannot be transferred to future events. You are free to transfer your sponsorship to another person or resell it at face value or less. If you do transfer your sponsorship, please email info@406yogaconference.com so we can help you complete the process.

406 Yoga Conference Waiver & Release

Not all exercise programs are appropriate for all people. Any exercise program, including yoga, pilates and personal training, may result in injury. By not forcing, straining, or overexerting yourself while exercising, the risk of injury may be reduced. Don’t perform any exercise program, including this one, before getting approval from your doctor. In signing below, you agree that if you engage in a class or workshop with the 406 Yoga Conference, you do so at your own risk. This includes, without limitation, your use of any public or private outdoor and indoor spaces or buildings, any apparatus in the practice area, and your participation in any activity, class program or instruction associated with the 406 Yoga Conference. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and using these props and premises, and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to you or your property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of any personal property. You agree on behalf of yourself (and your personal representatives, heirs, administrators, executors, agents, and assigns) to release and discharge the 406 Yoga Conference and the instructors (and our affiliates, employees, agents, representatives and assigns) from any and all claims or causes of action (known and unknown) arising out of our negligence. This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, injuries which may occur as a result of a) your use of any equipment or facilities which may malfunction or break, b) our improper maintenance of any equipment, c) our negligent instruction or supervision and d) you slipping and falling while in the practice area and surrounding property. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You are waiving any right that you may have to bring a legal action to assert a claim against us, the property owners, Allison Rissel Training, SO Yoga, Downward Dog Designs, Allison Rissel, Sharon O’Neil, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, the community of Anaconda and Deer Lodge County, Montana for our negligence.

PHOTO RELEASE:  Photos taken at this event may be used and reused for promotional and training materials online and in print, and by signing this waiver you release all rights to copyright of these images and waiver the right to inspect or approve any use of my image.
